Wilderness Wellness brings physical fitness outdoors and incorporates meaningful conversations and opportunities to reflect.

Guided by the wisdom of nature, I lead weekly sessions that are a part of a seasonal, monthly theme.

I'm certified in personal training, CrossFit, and yoga, so sessions will include a variety of modalities.
